Pricing and Booking

Our indicative weekly prices for 2026/2027 are as follows:

Low season:  £550 – £650
Mid Season:  £700 – £900
High Season (including Christmas and New Year): £1,000 – £1,250

Prices are for full weeks and for up to 6 people.

Our changeover day is Friday and full weeks run from Friday to Friday.  Please contact us for confirmation of prices and availability of (and pricing for) short breaks of three/four nights.  Short breaks are generally not available during high season and peak booking times.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week and contact information is required to secure bookings.  The full balance of the price is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Prices include linen and cleaning, heating, Wi-Fi and electricity (save for electricity used in operating the car charger). When booking please confirm if you would like to use the car charger.

One well-behaved dog may be accepted only by prior agreement and subject to an additional charge of £25.  Please note that dogs are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture.

Please note that the cottage is strictly non – smoking and stag parties and hen parties (and similar) are not accepted.

Please note that the garden (although private) is not fully enclosed and has a shallow, slow-flowing, unfenced stream which runs through and at the end of it, so young children and toddlers should be supervised when in the garden.
